What is going on with cancelling a VM contract? I spent 2 hours on Friday trying to cancel my contract for Broadband, TV and Home phone. Thought I had finally cracked it after being passed around several different people, but low and behold I get an email today telling me that I still had certain services (Tv and broadband) and that I had a new monthly amount to pay.
How the hell do I cancel the whole package when the customer services people seem to take no notice of what I ask them to do and just pass me onto someone else?

Common story, cancelling on phone is impossible.
You need to write to them ( recorded delivery advised). Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA
They are hoping you can't be bothered, or give up.
