Cancelling contract/package

i am trying to leave but there is no way of contracting anyone, my price is increasing by £50 a month and after being made redundant i can not afford it, it will take half of my benefits a month and i am now really worried about it. is there anyway i can contact them

Hi Elaine,

Sorry to hear about your redundancy, unfortunately at the moment the customer service lines are proving a challenge to reach, may I advise you try at 8am on the dot when the lines open to beat the queues.
