Cancelled in cooling off period - high bill?

Hi guys,

Due to reasons I was really disappointed with (awful external cabling and positioning / service issues), I cancelled my VIP package less than 24 hours into my 14 day cooling off period on the 20th December.

Yesterday, I received an email stating that I will be billed £41 in January. This cannot be right surely?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Sorry for the shameless bump guys, but could somebody please get back to me?

I've logged into My Virgin, but it says "Sorry unabe to access your bill summary at this moment". It has said this constantly.

I'd like a breakdown of what i'm being charged for please.

At a guess things like install costs?

Apologies, I was unaware of the etiquette. Thank you for the reply.

It was free installation. So I'm a bit puzzled, and without the billing showing me I'm worried I'm being wrongly charged.

Have you rang up to query yet? You’d want to speak to the Uk teams on option 1 4 5 (thinking of leaving us, don’t worry about the name), explain situation to them and see what they say. They are not script readers like off shore

Phoned the UK team, and it turned out it was a mistake and have deleted the payment for me. Thanks for your help and time.
