I have cancelled my contract. I have confirmation emails and a full transcript of my conversation on WhatsApp with virgin cancelling my broadband. I have now got a bill and Virgin say they have no record of my cancellation, only saying that I upgraded. I did not upgrade. What next? Ombudsman?
