I cancelled my Virgin services on 13th January due to the price hike (which was costing me an extra £8.50 per month). I received an email to confirm this disconnection.
I have today received an email to say thank you for making those changes to your account, and attaching my new contract! I have not negotiated a new contract with anybody from Virgin, they have just done this without contacting me and without my authorisation!! I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the way this company operates from a service point of view. This has to be criminal surely?
