I'm moving home and the new address is not covered by Virgin. Do anyone know how early I need to inform Virgin to terminate the service before I left the old home?

You need to give VM 30 days notice to cancel.

If you are moving to an area within the UK which is not covered by VM, you should be able to reclaim any early disconnection fees if those are applicable to you.
