I keep get delayed on setting up my broadband (2 months now). So I would like to cancel the contract, the problem here is I don't know the answer for security questions on calling to 0345 454 1111.
Although I still can access my virgin media. But the password for that seems not what the above number is asking for.
Just want to cancel through email will be idealistic to me.
