Hoping a member of the VM forum team can help me. I cancelled my services last month but, aside from a single email back in June saying ‘sorry you’re leaving’, there’s been no communication and no way for me to double check my disconnection date or what is actually happening. I think it is meant to be disconnecting either yesterday or some time in the next week. I did receive an email saying my price is going up, which I believe I can disregard as that would have related to my 18 month term ending - but it’s still a bit disconcerting
Is someone able to check my disconnection date and confirm that everything is going as planned?
