How do I contact the cancellation team iv sat on hold for hours my contract ends the 3rd of July and unfortunately the new price my contract is going up too is just to expensive so it works out cheaper to swap providers. If I cannot contact a member of staff can I just stop my bank payments when I'm out of contract and payed my last direct debit ?

Thank you for you post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I am sorry to hear you're struggling to get through to the team. Unfortunately on the forums we don't handle contract/package changes/upgrades/cancellations. We have the contact number of 0345 454 1111 or 150 from a Virgin Media landline, we also have a messenger service which you can use WhatsApp: +44730 532 7112. I wouldn't advise you to stop any direct debit as it can lead to an adverse mark on your credit file and it would also not cancel the account, apologies.
