I have cancelled my package by telephone over a week ago,  should I have received a confirmation.email or letter?

Hi @Jmh12 

VM don't send out an email or letter of confirmation when a cancellation is placed.

Once the disconnection takes palce yuo will receive a final bill and if any refunds are due you will be sent a cheque 35-45 days after the account is closed.

A member of the Forum team may be able to pick this up for you in a day or two, and after passing verification check your account and advise of the disconnection date.
