Cancellation

Why is it so difficult to cancel, tried twice today, two different people both Indian and difficult to understand, took my details asked what i wanted and as soon as i said i wanted to cancel my contract, lo and behold the system went down, both times exactly the same.

i never realised what lying manipulative company virgin media is. I want out as soon as i can. I cant afford to pay them anyway. I have a gas bill to pay
