Cancellation

Yesterday I spent an hour on the phone cancelling my bundle. 2 hours later I received an email cancelling everything except my broadband. For some unknown reason virgin have signed me up to a broadband deal that I don’t want. I spent another hour waiting to resolve the problem but I was conveniently cut off after 59 minutes. Virgins customer service is non existent do I have to spend another hour on the phone today to resolve this???????

Hi Jabslads, thanks for getting in touch - sorry for the delayed response here.

 

I can fully appreciate your frustration with the confusion & inconvenience caused by the incorrect changes to your package.

 

Unfortunately the teams on the phone are the only ones who can help with the package-change - have you been able to get things resolved since your post?
