Cancellation from oversea

Hi. 
I want to cancel the service from oversea. I changed my plan not coming back.

How can I cancel it without calling the center?

I would suggest writing a letter to the address shown under "Cancel in writing".

Cancellation requests can't be done via this forum.

I know we can cancel by writing but it seem not applicable when I am aboard. It will take weeks to arrive. Thanks anyway.

If you want to give immediate notice, then you will need to call.

Wait times can vary and there are some horror stories of lengthy waits at certain times, but ultimately VM is a UK-provider with UK-based contact details.

Out of interest, were you not in a position to give cancellation notice before leaving the UK?

Sorry to hear you're leaving us. We do understand the frustration caused with the long wait times to speak to an agent, however we cannot process your cancellation request through our social media platforms.

You will need to speak to our cancellations team directly. You can call them on 0345 454 1111 option 1,4 then 4 again, by messaging us on 0753 305 1809, using WhatsApp service 0730 532 7112,
or alternatively writing to us here  https://virg.in/comcop  under the section contact us by post.
