I called VM earlier this week as I am moving home and was told that unfortunately the new address does not have Virgin as an option. I therefore had to cancel my contract but have received no email confirming this. I would like to know that this has gone through and see the date of cut off, final bill etc. in writing. Nothing on my account appears to have this information.
Is it possible to get this confirmation without having to phone up again?
Would've thought this was pretty standard but apparently not so.
Thanks for posting. I am sorry you're leaving us but I do understand why as you say you're moving. Normally cancellation is not emailed, but what I can do is as you've asked for other details, I can send you a PM to go through security and confirm the final bill, when's the cut off etc.
