Hi,
I had some issues with my broadband and I tried a few things to fix it however the problem did not get resolved. I then requested an engineer appointment however my broadband services have comeback online since. I am now looking to cancel engieers appointment but can't seem to find the option to cancel it in the app. The only option I see is to reschedule the appointment. Can someone here please cancel the appointment for me as I have seen this done for other people.
