Can't view bill?

When i sign into "My Bills" i get met with,

 

You're not with Virgin Media anymore
If there's any information you want to grab from your account, you have 90 days from your disconnection date to do so. Please make sure you retrieve all your important emails and files before this time.

I've not cancelled my Account , i rang 150 , tried to explain the issue and the person on the phone seemed to ignore the fact i was saying i can't view my current bill and its effectively cancelled and instead tried to sell me More bolt on's for calls etc onto my account.
