Can't verify email

I have been unable to verify my email address in order to set up my online account, the links that I have been sent by virginmedia do not work and send me to an error page. I need these login details to manage my account and also stream tv online, which I have been unable to do for over a month as no one at virgin media seems to know how to solve this problem

Are you seeing this error when trying to access your emails on multiple devices and browsers?
