Same problem here, folks. Can't get my new mobile number updated and I've got the engineer coming on Friday 9th for an install. I've tried app & web without success.

Well I got a SMS from Virgin today on my new number so I assume its in the system although the old number is still showing on the app/website. No worries.

@Kain_W. Nope, no Error Code, just the onscreen "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again" above the Contact Phone Number field.
