Can’t sign into My Virgin Media

I received my bill today but can’t sign into my account.  It says my email or password is incorrect but I’ve checked and they are right.

Is there a problem with signing into Virgin Media today?

Have you tried a password reset using the 'Forgotten Password' option? Please let us know how you get on once you give this a try

I’ve tried that but it won’t let me do it as it keeps coming back saying my email address or password are wrong. I can’t get beyond this.

Ive tried both on my iPad and iPhone but it doesn’t work on either

can someone  at Virgin Media resolve this for me please - I still can’t get into my account

For some reason when I try to reply to your private message the reply button disappears 

I can’t add the screenshot but here’s the message

Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email 

I’ve always used the same email and password without any problems before

To be honest I’m getting fed up with this due to a lack of resolution

Having same problem with blueyonder webmail
