I'm also having the same problem with NTL email address.
I don't use my Virgin email for anything other than receiving emails from yourselves.
I've tried resetting the password as requested but getting the same screen about service not available as have others.
I worked as an IT Support manager for 12 years in a big organisation and have got a degree in IT Support. I only mention this because I've done all the usual security checks on all the account settings and antivirus.
