Thats strange bcham, is there any error message on Firefox, when you try to log into your email? 

Please could you clear your cache on Firefox to see if that helps out.

Terrible website, unreliable service, fibre internet misold and coax cable is not what I believed I was getting.

Fiber is for the network and public hotspots.

Virgin fooled me to think I was having fiber.

The two boxes are not for my use. One is  for the public to access the hidden receiver from my inside my home, using my electricity.

You can upgrade, or pay online.

You can’t downgrade or  access the site or cancel.

This company is  misleading and leaving people with no way to communicate.

No phone, net or tv. Then tell you to ring...

Hi,

I also can't log in to my Virgin Media account. It has been like this for 2 weeks now. I have been with VM for 12 years and using the same username and password the whole time. Now the site no longer accepts my password. I tried creating a new password just in case but it won't accept it.

I have tried using Edge and Chrome both don't work.

Please can you DM me to resolve this issue.
