I also can't log in to my Virgin Media account. It has been like this for 2 weeks now. I have been with VM for 12 years and using the same username and password the whole time. Now the site no longer accepts my password. I tried creating a new password just in case but it won't accept it.
I have tried using Edge and Chrome both don't work.
