Can't sign in to my Virgin Media account

Hi, I am trying to make a payment for my bills but I cannot seem to sign in to my Virgin Media account online. It keeps telling me that i'm keying in the wrong username and password even though there's a tick when i've keyed in (and i am very certain that it's the right details). The verification bot keeps popping up and i answer it properly yet i am still UNABLE to log in to my account. 

I need to pay my bills and sort some things on the account. Can someone please please help me?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues accessing your online account, this ins't what we like to hear. 

Have you tried using a different browser where the details aren't already auto populated? If not then have you tried using the forgotten email address and password links to see if that helps? 

If not then it is best to give us a call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 so our team can assist further and take any needed payments.

Hi, I use Google Chrome normally and have tried Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox (both of which do not have my login information) and they DO NOT work.

I will give you guys a ring but please resolve this as soon as possible because it is an issue.

I was given a number to either ring or text .but they did not want to help us

there is got to be a problem with your email servers

broadband works perfect

we just cant sign into any virgin email accounts

or sign in to the virgin media account or anything

this needs to be fixed

I was told by John on facebook virgin media message to ring or text 

07533051809 the cable team 

they would sort it out 

I text this morning ,and they replied saying there was nothing they could do 

and to call the faults team 

I am not going to waste my time being on the phone to someone who has not got a clue what they are doing 

when its clearly a problem with your email servers 

when any of us try to access our emails it comes up with wrong password error 

it wont let me sign into virgin media ,says it is wrong user /password 

everything but broadband is totally screwed 

I thought it might be the computer ,but my son and daughter cant access there accounts either on there mobiles 

so I ruled that out
