Hi, I am trying to make a payment for my bills but I cannot seem to sign in to my Virgin Media account online. It keeps telling me that i'm keying in the wrong username and password even though there's a tick when i've keyed in (and i am very certain that it's the right details). The verification bot keeps popping up and i answer it properly yet i am still UNABLE to log in to my account.
I need to pay my bills and sort some things on the account. Can someone please please help me?
