Hi
I have TV and landline. I get the bills through to my email account but can't sign in.
My email is recognised but I can't change my password.
The 'input account number and security question' doesn't work.
The 'input account number and date of last bill' doesn't work either.
I have more than one email account but only one of them is recognised by virgin.
If I try to set up another account it fails.
Gave up trying to talk to Virgin by phone.
