Can't register online - no security question

Having problems registering online and when I do it says can't find my e-mail on the system.

When I register, it shows a security answer box but no security question to select from?

Can someone please help?

Is this for a Mobile or Media account?

You would have setup the answer when you set up the account.

The problem is that there is no security question, so I don't know why this is coming up?

I am trying to register to access my account online in the future but the system just isn't allowing me to do so.

I ordered the sim from carphone warehouse online, so I haven't set anything up. This is why I am abit confused.

Hello there, I also appear to have the same issue. There is no security question available to set up when registering a new Virgin Mobile account. Any update as to how I can set up an account?
