Can't register new account for access to VM account

Hi, just joined with a new account. Like many others I am unable to register account and keep getting cant use that password. I have tried the web link the app link but no luck even though password meets criteria. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the online account creation issue. This is a known issue, however some do work after we help, others need to be raised with IT 🙂

Just to update the thread, Glenn solved this himself 🙂 - this was done by using a new browser.
