When I try register I'm getting message :
Sorry to se you go.
Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media.
Why ??? I had my router installed last week. I tried different browsers and this same. I've never had Virgin media broadband before 😞

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting registered with My Virgin Media. This error normally shows when you have previously had an account registered to My Virgin Media with the email you're using - even if it was at a different property.
Do you have any alternative emails that you can use to register?
