Can’t register for an account

Hello 

 

I am a new customer and get the following message repeatedly when trying to register for an account:

 

“You can't use that password. Please choose another.”
 
Can anyone assist?

I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues registering an online account. 

To confirm, have you services all been installed and activated?

Have you been able to try via a different web browser?

They haven’t been activated or installed yet?

 

I have received 4 emails asking me to register but do I need to wait for the above?

Thank you for that information. 

We do recommend to wait for services to be installed and active. When is your installation due?

They are active and installed.

 

But still can’t create an account.
