I can’t seem to register a virgin media account. I can’t even raise a complaint because I require an account! I’ve tried different browsers, different passwords, cleared cache and still no joy. I keep getting this error message “you can’t use this password. Please try again”. Which is odd because it’s considered a strong password.
I reckon there’s a bigger internal issue within virgin and setting up an account shouldn’t be this frustrating. Really appreciate your help!
