I was having some trouble with my online account and eventually the support staff decided to delete the account so I could sign up for it again, however I've been getting an error page whenever I try to register for over a month now. I have tried to use the chat service 2 times and was stuck waiting for over 2 hours both with no response (during open times).
I've been using pay as you go, which is closing down tomorrow, so I'm a little worried (although I suppose it's my fault for expecting the issue to magically resolve itself).
Any advice would be helpful.

Please could you confirm you are trying to sign up for a virgin mobile account?
What error message are you getting when you try and sign in? Could you provide us with a screenshot?
