Can't login to account

  • My "My virgin media login" doesn't work.

I've signed up and can't login. Tried changing password and it says you don't have an account.

Tried setting up a new account and it says I already have one?

Tried phoning but keep getting cut off.

We're sorry to hear you're unable to log in to My VM.
