Can't login to Virgin Media account

Similar to others, I'm not able to log in to my Virgin Media account. I have already registered details but when I click forgot password it says:

'We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.'

Then when I click forgot email I enter my correct DOB, account number and area reference and it says:

'We haven't been able to find your details with the information you have provided '

This doesn't make sense as I am already registered. Any help would be much appreciated.
