Hello
I can’t access Netflix any more and I thought it was included in my new TV package. I thought I’d check my account but can’t access that either. have reset the password twice but it’s not recognised.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you no longer have access to Netflix and haven't been able to access your Online Account.
When you change your package and Netflix is part of it you should received an Email for activation or see an activate button on your Online Account under the Netflix App.
Have you been able to successfully log into your online account before this?
