I have recently signed up for Virgin, and I have made an account and the box is up and running.
However, whenever I try to log on to see my bill/change my account, it says that both my email and password are wrong. Even though I receive almost daily emails from Virgin it says my email address is incorrect!
I am at my wits end, please may someone help me soon or I will be forced to take my complaint further.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with logging in to My VM. We can certainly check this out to you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

Thanks for coming back to me via private message.
Taking a look at things this end, there is no registered My VM account so this will be why you're getting the error. Instead of trying to sign in, select the option to register instead.
This should then allow the account to be created and you can then sign in to view things.
