Says email and password not recognised. Even though I've been using the same ones for years!

Can you please try re-registering to the My Virgin Media portal by heading here? Is it a Media account, or Mobile account that you have with us?

It's a media account.
I've tried re-registering but of course the email address is already in use.
Tried changing my password and that hasn't worked either.

Just to clarify, have you tried accessing the account via different browsers and devices?
Also, were you able to complete the password reset on the account?

I have tried on several different browser and non of them work. I assume the password reset was successful but I can't verify because I can't sign in. Tried with the old password and the new password. Neither work 🤬🤬
I have very important emails that I need access to!!
