Is anybody else having issues logging into their virgin media account? It directs me to an 'oops' screen everytime

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, or a different browser?

I often have problems using Chrome, but it works using Firefox and Edge browsers.

Thank you so much for your post and I am so sorry you have had this issues logging into your My Virgin Media.

Have you been able to follow the advice given by @newapollo and try alternative browsers? Do you have this issues only on one device or when you try to log in everywhere?
