Can't create account to manage my internet

Like everyone else I can't create an account:

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues creating the online account. 

Can you change device, use an alternative browser and clear the cookies and browsing data please?

Can you try creating it while in incognito mode to see if you get the same issue?
