Can’t create a new account

My account is new - I have been a customer years ago - can somebody assist please - keeps saying to sorry to see you leave your account has been de activated - but as stated I have now rejoined

Hi Jimble, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's great having you back on board with us. 

I'm sorry to hear you're getting this error message. If you used the email address for your log in when you were an active customer previously then until your services are active, you won't be able to use that email address again. 

Once the services are active, if you let us know, we can then do a move and transfer which moves the log in details to your new account. 

If you would prefer to sign up beforehand then you can use another email to create an account instead. 

Keep us posted on how you get on and what you would prefer to do 🙂
