Tried to call all tel. numbers still can't contact them. I just ordered broadband and installation day is 29th January and want to cancel because my landlady doesn't want any installation to be done to her house.

You've not said which numbers you've tried so far?
I'd be trying either the standard CS number 0345 4541111 or the pre-install team on 0800 0521734. Not sure on the pre-install weekend hours.
