Hello.
I can't log in using the password I have always used but I can't change my password, even when I use the recommended one. I'm simply advised "Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email."
Why is this?
P.S. I don't use any virgin service other than email.

Sorry to hear that you cannot access you email password. Have I understood your post correctly? Are you no longer a broadband customer with ourselves? If so, that may be the reason you're unable to access your email account? As this usually supposed to cease within 90 days of your services, ending.
