Can’t change my contact number

Can’t seem to change my contact telephone number using the app or on the web MyVirginMedia I open account details click edit on the phone number input the correct number press save and just get a message saying sorry the changes you made were not saved please try again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have been experiencing the same problem. Whenever I try to change contact number, an error message come up as "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again". Could you please help me on this?

How do you get this fixed? I have the same issue and have rang VM to amend the number and weeks later it's still displaying as another number that is for a different property.
