Can’t access account

Email address is wrong and I no longer know the password therefore I cannot verify my account. I’ve called numerous times and been told I would receive an email on my correct email but never do. I’ve canceled the direct debit and won’t pay if I’m going to never be able to cancel this.how can I resolve this when you need the email adress a den password

Just to clarify please, are you trying to access your online My Virgin Media account?

 

If so, have you had access to this previously?

 

Are you wanting to give notice to cancel?

I’ve tried to cancel my account for months. I’ve now gotten to the point where I’ve had to just cancel my direct debit

I am sorry to hear you are thinking of leaving us. 

 

To set expectations, you can't cancel the services via the online account.

 

This has to be done over the phone or in writing.

 

Have you spoken to the team to request this? If so, what happened on the call please?
