Can't access account online

I recently moved house and since moving I have had issues setting up an account for my new account number. When I tried with a second email nothing was working and I kept getting error messages and even when I called up about it the guys in the service centre were pretty stumped too, none of the emails they sent me ever came through. Now I've logged into my old account and it's miraculously somehow linked to my new account but as a "secondary account", so I still can't access any information or my bills. Does anyone know how to fix this or experienced this before?
