Hi everyone, I met a problem that I didn’t receive any email about account number and area reference so I can’t register my account. Is there any another way to solve it? Thanks!

Can you please confirm if you have checked your junk/spam folders and that you are checking the email address provided at the point of sale?

I won't be able to tell you the details directly but I can arrange for the information to be sent to you.
I will just need to confirm a few details via private message which I will pop over to the purple envelope on the top right of this page now.
