Can't Create An Account

I can't create an account. Either I get an error or this message after I hit sign up, add my email and postcode.

Did it and it worked. Thank you.

Wished it could have been the same email o have my contract with as that is the main one. But I guess this will have to do.

Hello.

I was a Virgin Media customer until 5 years ago I think. Since then I was with BT or Sky until yesterday.

Are you able to sign up to My Virgin Media with an alternative email address at all?

Hi Gaiosh,

Thank you for trying an alternative Email address and for confirming this worked, now your Online Account you can actually change the username Via my preferences to your preferred previously used Email address,

  1. Sign in to My Virgin Media.
  2. Click on My Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select the My Profile tab.
  4. In the My details section, click change next to your current username.
  5. If you do need any further help, please do not hesitate to reach back out.
