I cant log into the mobile app but I can log into the website on a PC.
Does anyone else have this problem?

What happens when you try to log into this? Are you getting any error messages when you try to log in?
It comes up with 'Really Sorry'. Make sure you're connected to the internet. Which obviously it is.

Have you tried this in more than one browser? Sometimes the settings may be different and for example, let you in on Chrome but not on Firefox.
Hi it works fine on a pc or even on chrome or Firefox on mobile. The issue is only with the app.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
Can you confirm this is the mobile app you're having an issue with?
Have you logged into it before?
If not then you need to make sure the WiFi is switched off and log in via data so it can link to your SIM.
Can you try this and see if that helps?
This is the android mobile app.
I've tried with the WiFi off and it will not log in. The account works fine logged in from a pc as I mentioned before. This is not the mobile phone app this is the virgin account app.

How far into the app can you get, can you sign in?
Or do you get an error as soon as you open the app?
Do you have a screen shot of the app at all so we can have a closer look, don't include any account information if it can be seen.
