Can I paint a green cabinet?

There is a green cabinet in our street (Burniston Close, PL71PQ) that has been painted with graffiti - nothing impressive just a stupid tag. Can you come and clean/paint it please. Or can we give it a lick of paint ourselves?

Do you think once its painted will it immediately get vandalised again?
