I need to get a transcript of all phone calls made on my account, is there a way to do this easily or will I need to complete a subject access request form or something?

AFAIK phone calls are not transcribed so probably best to issue a subject access request for audio recordings and notes for the period of interest by either:

• emailing dpo@virginmedia.co.uk
• writing to: Data Protection Team, Virgin Media Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4AA
