Can you just clarify what they are asking for there ?

1] Are they asking for contact details of the land/property owners so that Virgin can request Wayleave ?

2] Are they asking me to get in touch with said owners and request Wayleave myself ?

If it's 1, I did give those details a while back but I can PM them to you again if required. If 2, then how exactly !

Apologies in advance if this is anything less than clear- Ive never worked in Wayleave so I'm just popping the reply back below that I have had for you and hopefully between us we can get something sorted Smiley Happy

Ben has been back to me and asked if possible can you provide us with photographs of the property (external) and he can take a further look into this.

You can either pop them to me publicly or on a PM whichever you prefer.

Hi Karen,

I have checked the wayleave contact database, and although Lewes DC is present within there, we do not currently have a wayleave agreement with them to build to their premises.

As the block has two floors and six premises, this may be able to get released with POS wayleave (LW).

I cannot see the block on street view (because it is a new build property), if a photograph could be provided we may be able to get this moving, as you can understand, it is not the physical build that is stopping us here, it is having permission from the freeholder to build on their land.

Another month has rolled by since the last communication (re possible POS Wayleave) and the picture being supplied, with no further news.

So what's the situation now ? More pictures needed ? Has an engineer been out to look at the site ? Do I need a form to fil in regarding 'point of sale' Wayleave etc ?
