CATV cover damaged

Hi, the cover outside our house is damaged, how do we go about getting it repaired?

The forum team on here, once they get to this thread and respond, will probably be able to arrange something. What will almost certainly be helpful is if you could take, and post up here, some pictures of the broken cover (I presume this is the omnibox on the front wall of your house).
